| Ms. Benas also exhibits her paintings and graphics. Her editorial cartoons were shown for 12 years at the International "Man & His World" Exhibit in Montreal and "Cartoon Exhibit" in West Berlin. Her courtroom sketches, spanning eight years, were recently exhibited at the New York State Legislature in Albany. A retrospective show was held at Syracuse University recently. She also exhibited her illustrations at Borders Books & Music and the Colonie Town Library, Albany Airport Gallery, Center Galleries, Laighton Galleries, and Arts Council of Orange County, among other places.Her work has received numerous awards, most recently a NORI in '02. |  |

She was included in the "Prominent Women of the Capital Region" photo display recently. She is currently a member of the Graphic Artists Guild, the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, the Albany County Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Ad Club, the Capital District Illustrator's Club, National Caricaturist Network, and a member of the Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, 2003-2004 Edition. |
